Katrina's venture into the world of holistic health began after years of honing her skills as a trained chef in prestigious restaurants worldwide. This culinary background laid the foundation for her deep understanding of the intricate relationship between nutrition, well-being, and overall health.
In 2006, her quest for knowledge led her to the United Kingdom, where she delved into the health industry. Subsequently, in 2009, she pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health (Nutrition) in Australia. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Katrina returned to the UK in 2012 for post-graduate studies, focusing on the latest international advancements in treatments for bowel health, with a particular emphasis on addressing issues like IBS and constipation.
After the birth of her son, Katrina returned to her roots in Finch Hatton, where she founded a new clinic, expanding her expertise into acupuncture and dry needling, emphasizing injury recovery and pain management. Her dedication to understanding health from a holistic perspective extended to years of intensive study alongside children, exploring developmental milestones, autism, ADHD, and learning developmental issues.

Prabha has worked in the health care community for over 8 years in various roles including life coaching, spiritual care, addiction recovery, mental health support, trauma recovery, family and relationships, children and adolescents.
